The services we offer through this Website include information regarding treatments offered by Bee&Co Aesthetic Centre as well as booking appointments with us online (collectively referred to as “Services”). Eligibility for access to such Services is subject to certain criteria including age requirements established by applicable law which can vary among jurisdictions in which we operate; thus some Services may be limited based upon such criteria. By providing information requested through this Website, submitting a request for an online booking appointment with us, you represent that you meet all requirements necessary under applicable laws to receive such Services marked accordingly via this website.

Booking Appointments
When booking an appointment through our online booking system (the “Booking System”), you must provide accurate contact information including but not limited to full name, email address and telephone number as well as payment details where necessary for completion for payment for treatment booked through the Booking System. You must also provide true facts about yourself ensuring accuracy so far as reasonably possible when providing details asked during the registration process.

Membership Packages & Fees
We may offer membership packages containing certain benefits depending on individual circumstances. Additional fees may be charged depending upon chosen package subscription. No memberships shall be activated until full payment has been received from the customer.

Cancellation Policy
Appointments are specifically reserved for you, meaning we require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. All cancellations and rescheduling must be given during regular business hours (Please note: Sundays are not considered business days and cannot be included in the 24-hour notice period). Cancellations or rescheduling requests left via voicemail will only be accepted if confirmed by an Bee&Co Aesthetic Centre staff member via phone, email, or in person. Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation or rescheduling occurs less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Refund Policy
All sales are final. If a medical condition contraindicates the treatment, Bee&Co Aesthetic Centre Inc may request a doctor’s note or require Head Office approval for any cancellation. Without a doctor’s note, cancellation requests may be declined. For used or opened products, a 15% restocking fee applies.
